Ginger Tran, DVM
Dr. Tran has been the practice owner of Heritage Animal Hospital since 2007. She received her bachelor degrees in both Zoology and Psychology (with minors in Microbiology, Genetics, and Philosophy) at North Carolina State University in 2001 and completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from NCSU-CVM in 2005. During her time in vet school, Dr. Tran participated in the Albert Schweitzer Fellows Program, received the superlative of "Most Compassionate", and was given the geriatric medicine award for recognition of promoting the importance of the care for geriatric companion animals. Dr. Tran also was the founder of the Animal Behavior Club and co-founder of the Veterinary Medical Ethics Club while finishing her veterinary degree.
Dr. Tran has a passion for promoting the bond between companion animals and their caregivers and truly enjoys the relationships with her clients and patients. During her time away from the hospital, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and many furry family members.
She considers herself blessed beyond measure to be able to serve her community by caring for their beloved family members.
